We want you to be completely happy with your new headset so...

If it's not right, and you change your mind for whatever reason, just send it back to us within 30 days of receipt and we'll swap it for one you are happy with.

The  condition is that your headset must be returned undamaged ( including packaging ) and unused. The only cost you bear will be the freight cost to send it back to us.

If you have used the headset and want to exchange it or want a refund then we will gladly do this within 7 days of purchase. We will charge you for any replacement cushions or ear coverings that may be required due to hygiene reasons and the item must be returned undamaged as well as any packaging. Return freight charges are payable by you. Once we have inspected the goods we will issue a credit or refund for the applicable amount.

In both cases there may be a restocking fee dependant on the manufacturer.
